Shipping Policy
We use UPS Ground for all of our shipping. Due to the perishable nature of our products, at this time we will not ship anywhere from June 1 to mid-October. In an attempt to control the climate our products are exposed to, we prefer that our products are not in transit over the weekend. We reserve the right to hold shipments for reasons of shorter transit times. Because of this, and because our products are not created until you order, shipments may take as long as 2 weeks to reach you. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Our Shipping Rates
As of October 2008, our rates are as follows:
Order total (including tax) $1- $50:$10 shipping; $51- $100:$12 shipping; $101 - $200:$14 shipping. Orders delivered to the 53044, 53081, 53083 and 53085 zip codes can be hand delivered at a cost of $3.00. Sorry, no pickups.

Refunds
I want you to thoroughly enjoy my products! If your products arrived damaged and you have the opportunity to refuse delivery from UPS, please do so. Then call Dawn Olson at 414-840-7654 immediately and we will replace your order.

If your products arrived damaged but you accept delivery, please call Dawn Olson at 414-840-7654 to discuss the nature of the damage and how we can resolve the problem.
